Privacy Policy

A straightforward explanation of the information we receive through this website and what we do with it.

Last updated October 31, 2026

This policy applies when you browse this website, send our fitting request form, or contact us by phone or chat.

Information we collect

The fitting request form asks for your first name, last name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and your preferred visit date and time. You can also choose to include a message.

Our hosting provider may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser information, and server logs.

If you call us or message us on LINE, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, we receive what you share there: usually your name, phone number or account name, and your messages.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

  • send you an email confirming we’ve received your request;
  • reply to you by email, phone, LINE, or WhatsApp;
  • recommend an appropriate package;
  • arrange a consultation or fitting;
  • protect the form from spam and abuse;
  • count visits, in totals, to see which pages help visitors and which load slowly;
  • if you allow it, see which of our ads on Google, Facebook, and Instagram bring us requests, and let Google and Meta show you relevant ads; and
  • keep a record of the service you requested.

We don’t use the details you send for unrelated marketing unless you separately agree.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for automated abuse and may process technical signals such as an IP address and browser information. Emails about your request are delivered through Resend to the people responsible for answering customers. These providers process only the data required to provide their security, hosting, and email-delivery services.

The Visit us section includes an embedded Google Map. Loading that map may send technical information to Google under Google’s own privacy terms. You can use the written address instead if you prefer not to load the map.

If you contact us on LINE, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, your messages also pass through that app, which handles them under its own privacy policy. Some of the providers named here store or process data outside Thailand.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The website uses three kinds of cookies and similar technology:

  • Necessary, always on: a Cloudflare security cookie that helps tell people from automated traffic (such as cf_clearance), and your cookie choice, saved on your device. The site can’t run safely without them.
  • Visit counting, always on: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies (details below).
  • Advertising, only if you choose Accept: Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel.

To see which of our ads on Google, Facebook, and Instagram bring us customers, this website uses Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel, if you allow it. Their tags store cookies in your browser that connect your visit to an ad you clicked (Google’s start with _gcl; Meta’s are _fbp and _fbc), and the site tells Google and Meta when you tap or click our phone number, WhatsApp, or LINE, or send the fitting request form. The Meta Pixel also tells Meta which of our pages you view. Google and Meta may use this information to measure ads and to choose which ads to show you, on their own services and elsewhere.

The site asks first. Until you choose Accept, it stores no advertising cookies, doesn’t load the Meta Pixel, and doesn’t pass your email address or phone number to Google or Meta. Google receives only basic signals without cookies, such as that a request was sent, and Meta receives nothing. Choosing Reject keeps it that way. We remember your choice on your device for six months, then ask again.

If you’ve accepted and you send the form, your email address and phone number are scrambled (hashed) before they’re passed on, so Google and Meta can match your request to an ad you saw. Your browser does this for Google, and our server for Meta, which also receives your IP address, your browser type, and Meta’s cookies. In Google Ads and Meta’s ad tools we see only totals, such as how many requests an ad brought in, not who sent them. Google and Meta use this information as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Meta Privacy Policy.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page; choosing Reject also deletes the advertising cookies already stored. To control the ads you see, use Google’s My Ad Center and Meta’s Ad preferences, or opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. The website works the same either way.

To see which pages help visitors and which load slowly, we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. When a page loads, it records the page, the site you came from, your browser and device type, your country, and how fast the page loaded. It stores nothing on your device, doesn’t identify you or follow you to other websites, and shows us only totals. We rely on our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used, so this counting doesn’t depend on your choice in the cookie banner.

How long we keep it

We keep the details you send only as long as reasonably needed to answer you, provide the requested service, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We delete or anonymize information we no longer need.

Security

The site sends your details over HTTPS, validates form submissions on the server, limits repeated submissions, and keeps email-service credentials outside the public website code. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We limit access to the people who need it to answer customers.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent where consent applies.

To make a request, email info@bangkoktailorhouse.com, call +66 84 369 4969, or message us on LINE at @bangkoktailorhouse. Our other contact details are in the Visit us section. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
